Richard, our physical therapist is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Functional Movement Screening specialist (FMS). He studied strength & conditioning in Setanta College where he gained his Level 1 in Olympic Weightlifting, and is a certified level 1 Crossfit Coach (CF-L1). He has over 16 years of experience of being in gyms through rugby and work, and has also used himself as a guinea pig over the years to test different modes of training to see what gets results.
